Terms & Conditions — 1 Hour Sauna Session Bundles

Applies to all bundle packages purchased at The Sauna Snugg

1. Bundle Usage

• Sauna session bundles are valid for one person only and cannot be shared between multiple people.
• Bundles are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Bundle Expiry Periods

All bundles are valid from the date of purchase only.

• 5 Session Bundle — valid for 30 days
• 10 Session Bundle — valid for 60 days
• 20 Session Bundle — valid for 90 days

Any unused sessions remaining after the expiry date will automatically expire.

3. Loyalty Programme

• Sauna session bundles cannot be used in conjunction with the Squid Loyalty System.
• Bundle purchases and bundle session redemptions are excluded from loyalty rewards, stamps, points, or additional promotional offers unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking Policy

• All sessions are subject to availability.
• Advance booking is recommended to secure preferred times.

5. General

• The Sauna Snugg reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• By purchasing a bundle, customers agree to the above terms and conditions.

• Once a bundle purchase has been completed, customers will receive a confirmation email containing their order number.
• A follow-up email will then be sent shortly after purchase which will include:
  • The customer’s bundle details
  • Their unique booking code
  • Their order number
  • Instructions on how to redeem and book sauna sessions using the bundle

• Bundle sessions must be booked using the unique code provided in the follow-up email.
• The code must be entered in the "Add Promo Code" field at checkout and not the "Redeem Voucher" Field.
• The code can only be used once per checkout 
• Customers are responsible for keeping their booking code safe and secure.
