Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. All bath tubs are inspected prior to sale. Therefore, any damages caused by the consumer, will not be elligible for refund.

How many bags of ice should I use per session?

One to three bags of ice should be enough to achieve the optimal water temperature.

How cold should your ice bath be?

It should be uncomfortably cold, in that you want to get out, but the temperature is safe to stay in. 15°C is a great starting point.

How do I keep the water cold?

We recommend adding 5-10kgs of ice per session. Depending on the time of year and how cold the water is prior to filling the tub, you may want to add more or less ice. The bath tub is insulated which maintains cold temperatures for longer.

How often should I change the water?

We recommend changing the water every 3-5 sessions. Adding salt to your ice bath can prolong the waters cleanliness, allowing you to use your tub for longer. Using your thermo lid will also help keep the tub clean.

How do I drain the Ice Bath?

The Snugg Tub has a built in drainage tap to easily release and quickly drain the water for cleaning or storage.
